The
facilities of the center are available to members, their immediate
families and their guests from 11:00am to dusk Wednesday through Friday
and 9:00am to dusk Saturday and Sunday, with the following exceptions:
the center will be closed on New Year's Day, Fourth of July,
Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas day.
No one is
authorized to use any of the center's facilities or to be on the
center's premises at any time on Monday or Tuesday or prior to 11:00am
or after dusk, Wednesday through Friday or prior to 9am or after dusk on
Saturday and Sunday of each week.
All
guests must be accompanied by a member.
Members
are responsible for the conduct of members of their families and their
guests while on the property and will be held financially responsible
for damages if incurred by them.
A
member's children over 21 years of age must either be a member of the
center or accompanied by a member of the center to use any of the
facilities. Children under 21 must be accompanied by a member.
A current
membership card must be presented to the manager on demand in order to
use the center's facilities if so requested.
The
manager of the center has full authority and is required to enforce the
rules and regulations of the center.
Privileges may be temporarily denied to a member or a member of his
family or a guest by the manager for infractions of the rules and
regulations, if infractions are deemed serious, manager has the
authority to cancel memberships without refunds.
No loaded
guns or shooting of any kind will be permitted on center's premises
except on the prescribed shooting ranges.
No
hunting of any kind will be permitted on the center's premises.
No
swimming will be permitted on the center's premises.
Fishing
on the center's premises by members or their guests will be in
compliance with the State Game and Fish Laws, only when there are no
shooters in the vicinity.
Shooting,
molesting, or disturbing wild birds or game or their nests or eggs on
center's premises is forbidden.
Any
charges incurred by a member or his guests for targets, ammunition, etc.
must be paid on the day the charges are incurred.
No one is
authorized to use or operate any of the center's vehicles or maintenance
equipment except the manager or his authorized assistants.
The
manager or his authorized assistants have the authority to deny shooting
privileges to anyone who in his judgement is under the influence of
drugs or alcohol to a degree that it constitutes a safety hazard.
Members
are requested to keep small children and dogs off the shooting ranges.
